Please note that all sales are final. If you are not happy with your service or purchase, please reach out and we will work together for an appropriate solution. Refunds are not issued on readings for scheduling conflicts or for waiting time or for no-shows. It is our deepest desire that your experience with us is positive and we will go out of our way to be as flexible as possible.
